Our one-day Introduction to Ayurveda workshop will give the learner good ‘starter’ knowledge about Ayurveda and its theories.

With the use of learning aids and visual presentations the Workshop is designed to introduce the learner to Ayurveda philosophy and practical elements that encompass it.

The course is conducted in a four-hour workshop and the learner will receive a Certificate of completion.
