Under the strict guidance of expert vaidya Dr C G Steephan, you will receive a high standard of personal care with real attention to detail for the duration of your stay. Following an in-depth consultation on your specific health needs, Dr Steephan will tailor-make your treatment package consisting of home-cooked vegetarian meals using organic ingredients – many of which are grown at the centre, a range of Ayurvedic therapies performed daily, herbal medications, yoga and meditation, and of course comfortable facilities, designed in traditional Kerala cottage style. In addition to this, we will also arrange some sightseeing as part of your holiday so you can enjoy a full Kerala welcome.
